A ceremony was held on October 8th in Yichun, Jiangxi to launch the construction of Yichun Gotion Battery Phase Two Project of 20GWh. The whole project is divided into two phases in construction. The phase one project of 10GWh went into formal operation in May 2022, while the phase two project of 20GWh came into construction on October 8th and is expected to go into operation in October 2023.
