Recently, 200ktpy new energy battery cathode raw material production line construction project of Shaanxi Jutai New Material Technology Co., Ltd. settled in Zhejiang Zhoushan Dinghai Industrial Park.
As reported, the project covers an area of about 67.54 acres, with a total investment of about RMB3.5 billion (USD491.8 million), which would be mainly invested in the production of new energy battery cathode (mainly refers to ternary lithium) raw materials and related products. After completion, the project will annually produce 200,000 tons of battery grade high-efficiency nickel sulfate, 15,000 tons of cobalt sulfate, 15,000 tons of manganese sulfate, 1,000 tons of lithium carbonate, as well as ammonium metadvanadate, molybdate and other products. Its annual output value is expected to achieve around RMB10 billion (USD1.41 billion).
