BTR to build integrated project of 400ktpy graphite flake and 200ktpy natural graphite anode

On September 21, BTR announced that it signed the"Agreement of Intent on integrated project of 400ktpy graphite flake and 200ktpy natural graphite anode" with Longjiangjiaotou Group Co., Ltd. According to the agreement, the two sides will cooperate to build the project with Ruitong New Material as the investment subject. The project is divided into three phases, with a total investment of RMB1.816 billion (USD256.6 million) in the first phase.
