According to the Action Plan on Restructuring Material Industry of Henan publicized by Henan government recently, the province aims to become an important refractory material production base in China by cultivating local industries covering functional refractory materials, high-efficiency thermal insulation material, key refractory materials used in hydrogen metallurgy, and high-temperature protection suit used in military and emerging industries.
