GACC: China's coal import volume up by 25.22% MoM in Aug

According to the latest data from General Administration of Customs of China (GACC), China imported 29.46 million tons of coal in August, up by 5.0% year on year and 25.22% month on month.
From January to August 2022, China's import volume of coal totaled 167.98 million tons, down by 14.9% in comparison with the prior comparative period, 3.3 percentage points lower than the first seven months of 2022.
