On August 27th, Chengde Jianlong's vanadium-titanium new material ultra-large round bloom continuous casting machine succeeded in hot commissioning and produced continuous casting billet of φ800mm, setting a new record for the production of Jianlong Group's largest round billets.
This production line is the world's first fully intelligent and digital continuous casting production line, which can produce large-diameter continuous casting round billets ranging from Φ700mm to Φ1300mm. As the largest specification of continuous casting round billet in the world today, the round billet of Φ1300mm fills the gap in the production technology of large-specification continuous casting round billets in China and reaches the world's leading level.
