In domestic market, producers tried to lift the prices in the 1st two weeks of July, but the prices didn't go up much, and the prices remained downward trend in a slight way in the 2nd half of July. For chemical grade silicon metal, due to weak demand, the prices remained weak, and the market remained inactive. In export market, prices remained downward trend through the whole month, but sales remained weak in July.
