Yunnan Tin wins bids for 8.37% equity of Hualian Zinc & Indium Stock by RMB977 million

On August 1, Yunnan Tin Company Limited announced that on July 29, it received the "Notice of Transaction Result" issued by Beijin Financial Assets Exchange, and Yunnan Tin won bids for 8.37% equity of Yunnan Hualian Zinc & Indium Stock Co., Ltd. by RMB977 million (USD145 million). On the same day, the company signed the "Equity Transfer Agreement of Yunnan Hualian Zinc & Indium Stock Co., Ltd." with CCB Investment, the transferor of this transaction. On August 1, the company paid the transfer price of RMB977 million (USD145 million) for 8.37% equity in Hualian Zinc & Indium Stock to CCB Investment according to the relevant stipulation in the agreement.
