Ganfeng Lithium to acquire overseas lithium salt assets at no more than USD962 million

Ganfeng Lithium announced on July 11th that the meeting of its board of directors reviewed and approved a plan, agreeing its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ganfeng International or the subsidiary's wholly-owned subsidiary, to acquire no more than 100% shares of Lithea with a total price of no more than USD962 million. Lithea focuses on acquisition, exploration and development of lithium mining rights and its major asset, PPG project, is a lithium salt lake project located in Salta province in Argentina.
