Shanghai Topcare to acquire 70-100% stake in lithium salts and ore mining companies

Shanghai Topcare Medical Services Co., Ltd. announced on June 30 that it plans to acquire 70%-100% equity interest in Shandong Ruifu Lithium Industry Co., Ltd. and 70%-100% stake in Xinjiang Dongli Mining Industry Investment Co., Ltd.
Ruifu Lithium is engaged in the production and sales of lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide, which are cathode materials for lithium battery, extracted from spodumene and lepidolite, with annual capacity of 45,000t of battery-grade lithium carbonate and 20,000t of battery-grade lithium hydroxide. Xinjiang Dongli specializes in lithium mining with mining rights in Aketas, Xinjiang.
Upon completion of the acquisition, the two companies will become subsidiaries of Shanghai Topcare.
