Shenzhen Batian to absorb new investor into subsidiary company

On June 23, Shenzhen Batian Ecological Technique Co., Ltd. announced that it plans to further invest RMB100 million (USD14.93 million) into fully owned subsidiary Batian New Energy; meanwhile, Guizhou New Energy Industrial Development Fund also plans to invest RMB150 million (USD22.40 million) into Batian New Energy. When the two investments are paid, Batian New Energy will have its registration capital increasing from RMB100 million (USD14.93 million) to RMB350 million (USD52.26 million). The investment from Guizhou New Energy Industrial Development Fund will be used only for construction of the 50,000tpy ferric phosphate and 2,500tpy LFP project.
