Xiaogan JINDA Steel's capacity replacement scheme released

The Department of Economy and Information Technology of Hubei Province on June 16 released the capacity replacement scheme drawn up by Xiaogan JINDA Steel Co., Ltd.
According to the scheme, the company will build a 50-ton alloy steel electric furnace with capacity of 360,000tpy to replace its 40-ton furnace with capacity of 400,000tpy at the ratio of 1:1.
Construction of the new furnace is scheduled to commence in June 2022 with production expected in June 2024.
