BYD's subsidiary Fudi Battery starts operation of first production line of Shaoxing base

On June 14, BYD's subsidiary Fudi Battery started operation of the first production line of its Shengzhou production base in Shaoxing. The Shengzhou production base has a total planned investment of around RMB13 billion (USD1.95 billion), of which RMB7 billion (USD1.05 billion) is invested in phase one with an annual production capacity of 15GWh DM-I blade battery.
