UK minerals exploration and development company Alien Metals has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the Vivash Gorge iron ore project in the Pilbara region of Western Australia from Zenith Minerals Ltd.
The company said the project was a strategic acquisition that would add to its portfolio of direct shipping ore (DSO) iron ore projects - Hancock and Brockman - within the Pilbara region.
The company will pay an initial ￡56,500 in shares to Zenith Minerals with further payments subject to certain milestones being reached.
