CISA: Major steel mills' average daily steel product output records 2.22 million tons in mid-May

According to the data released by China Iron & Steel Association (CISA), major steel mills produced a total of about 22.19 million tons of steel product in mid-May 2022. The average daily steel product output was about 2.22 million tons during this period, up by 2.66% MoM.
In mid-May 2022, the inventory of steel product of major steel mills reached about 19.98 million tons, up by 6.55% from early May and 10.44% from late April.
