On May 19, Goaland announced that its controlled subsidiary Dongguan Guixiang Insulation Materials Co., Ltd. plans to sign an investment agreement with Wangniudun town government of Dongguan city on investing RMB700 million (USD104 million) in building a power battery thermal management and auto electronics manufacturing base project.
