The U
. S . International Trade Commission (USITC) on April 28, 2022 voted to make the second sunset anti-dumping review and affirmative final determination of industrial injury on seamless refined copper pipe and tube imported from China and Mexico and determined that revoking the existing antidumping duty orders on imports of seamless refined copper pipe and tube from China and Mexico would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time . As a result of the Commission's affirmative determinations, the existing antidumping duty orders on imports of these products from China and Mexico will remain in place . All five members of USITC voted in the affirmative in this ruling.
