South Korea not to impose provisional anti-dumping duty on seamless copper pipe from China and Vietnam

On April 22, 2022, the Ministry of Economy and Finance of South Korea issued Notice No.2022-78, deciding not to impose provisional anti-dumping duty on seamless copper pipes originating in China and Vietnam.
On October 29, 2021, South Korea initiated an anti-dumping investigation against seamless copper pipes from China and Vietnam. On March 17, 2022, the Korea Trade Commission made a positive preliminary ruling on the case, recommending that the anti-dumping investigation should continue and not to impose provisional anti-dumping duties on involved products. The South Korean tax code of the products involved is 7411.10.0000.
