Easpring Technology announced that it signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement (2022-2028) with Lishen Battery on April 22nd. The two parties decided to establish an all-round, multi-level strategic partnership on the supply of lithium battery cathode materials, the development of new products and advanced technology, the recycling of lithium-ion batteries, the development of upstream resources, the layout of global production capacity and others.
As for the supply of products, the two parties will regard each other as a priority supplier and priority customer of cathode materials. During the validity period of the agreement (2022-2028), Lishen Battery promises to purchase no less than 100,000t of lithium battery cathode materials from Easpring Technology.
