Changzhou Liyuan signs strategic cooperation agreement with Phylion Battery on LMFP project

On April 21st, Changzhou Liyuan, a subsidiary under the listed company Lopal, signed a strategic cooperation agreement on LMFP project with Phylion Battery, which made Changzhou Liyuan become China's first cathode material company that signed strategic agreement on practical application of LMFP with a downstream battery company.
According to the agreement, Changzhou Liyuan will mainly be responsible for R&D and production of LMFP and give priority to providing the products to Phylion Battery, while Phylion Battery will give priority to purchasing the products produced by Changzhou Liyuan on the premise of the same quality and commercial terms. Meanwhile, Phylion Battery is responsible for providing Changzhou Liyuan with the necessary manganese raw materials for the R&D of LMFP series products, and establishing the necessary capabilities to test LMPF and produce and test samples of cells.
According to the agreement, Changzhou Liyuan will mainly be responsible for R&D and production of LMFP and give priority to providing the products to Phylion Battery, while Phylion Battery will give priority to purchasing the products produced by Changzhou Liyuan on the premise of the same quality and commercial terms.
