US makes final ruling on fourth anti-dumping sunset review on certain heavy coiled stainless steel plates from Belgium, South Africa and Taiwan, China

The U.S. Department of Commerce recently announced the final result of the fourth 5-year anti-dumping sunset review on certain heavy coiled stainless steel plates from Belgium, South Africa and Taiwan, China which began on December 1, 2021, and believed that the cancellation of anti-dumping duties was likely to lead to dumping continuation or recurrence. Therefore, from April 4, 2022, anti-dumping measures will continue to be implemented. Weighted average dumping margin of Belgium reaches 8.54% at most, that of South Africa is 41.63%, and that of Taiwan, China will be 10.20%.
