On March 23, the activity of resumption of major projects in Qinghai province in 2022 and the 15GWh lithium battery industrial base project of Nanchuan Industrial Park was officially launched.
Nanchuan Industrial Park's 15GWh lithium battery industry base project covers an area of 21.3 hectares with a total investment of RMB4.6 billion (USD723 million). It will construct a 15GWh per year power and energy storage lithium battery production line. By adopting advanced lithium battery production equipment and automatic process technology, the project will effectively improve the battery production efficiency and stability. The output value of the project is expected to reach RMB7.5 billion (USD1.2 billion) after it reaches the designed capacity.
