Jinyuan Group's subsidiary to increase investment of RMB20 million in Oupeng Technology

Jinyuan Group announced on March 22nd that its subsidiary, Jinyuan New Material Co., Ltd., will use self-owned funds of RMB20 million (USD3.14 million) to increase investment in Zhejiang Oupeng Technology Co., Ltd. After the investment increase is completed, Jinyuan New Material will hold 20% shares of Oupeng Technology. Oupeng Technology focuses on R&D and manufacturing of standardized lithium batteries used in new energy vehicles, ecological operation power-swap new energy vehicles and smart energy network operation. The investment this time will be beneficial to Jinyuan Group's layout and cultivation of the waste lithium battery recycling system.
