Nuode raises RMB2.29 billion for Li-battery electrolytic copper foil projects

On March 9, Nuode announced private placement results. The company issued a total of 340 million shares and raised RMB2,288 million (USD362 million); upon deduction of issuing costs, the total net proceeds are RMB2,272 million (USD359 million).
The company revealed that the raised capital will be used for construction of 15,000tpy Qinghai electrolytic copper foil project designated for high-performance ultra-thin Li-ion batteries and for construction for 12,000tpy Huizhou power-battery-purpose electrolytic copper foil project, as well as to supplement the company's working capital and repay bank loans.
