Zhongyuan New Materials to raise no more than 750 million yuan for copper product projects

Zhongyuan New Materials announced on March 6 that the company plans to issue non-public shares to raise no more than 750 million yuan (119 million US dollars). The net capital after deducting issuing expenses will be used for the 100,000tpy high-grade copper plate and strip and 50,000tpy copper strip and billet production line project (with 50,000tpy for the first phase), the 50,000tpy battery foil project (with 25,000tpy for the first phase) as well as supplementary working capital.
