CosMX Battery to invest RMB4 billion in high-performance new-type Li ion battery project

On February 28, CosMX Battery announced that its fully owned subsidiary Zhejiang CosMX plans to set up a project company in Chongqing Wansheng Economic and Technological Development Zone to take charge of constructing a high-performance new-type Li-ion battery project. With an estimated investment of RMB4 billion (USD0.63 billion), the project is expected to start construction in 2022 and go into operation in 2025.
