Baosteel Special Steel's capacity transfer program for electric furnaces made public

The capacity transfer program of one 40-ton electric furnace and one 60-ton electric furnace representing 360,000t of steel-making capacity in total owned by Baosteel Special Steel Co., Ltd. has been made public in accordance with the requirements of the Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Resolving the Contradictions of Serious Overcapacity, Opinions of the State Council on Resolving Excessive Capacity of the Iron and Steel Industry and Realizing Development amid Hardships and the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement in the Iron and Steel Industry. The publicity period will last from February 24th to March 23rd.
