NDRC: China supports corporates to invest in domestic iron ore and copper ore exploitation projects

On February 18, National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) issued a notice on policies of promoting industrial economy to increase stably. It urges to guarantee supply and stabilize prices of important raw materials and primary products such as iron ore and fertilizer with further reinforcement on supervision of bulk commodity's futures and spot market. It also emphasizes the reinforcement on monitoring and early warning of bulk commodity's prices, and the support for cooperates to invest in and develop iron ore, copper ore and other mineral exploitation projects that possess resource conditions and are in line with environmental protection requirements.
