Fengfeng Group's Chagannur No. 1 mine project obtains mining license

According to the information of Fengfeng Group, on February 15, the group company's Chagannur No. 1 mine (5 million tons/year) project obtained the mining license, which marked a major breakthrough in the project, and laid a solid foundation for accelerating the resumption of construction and realizing the official production of the project.
The Chagannur No. 1 mine project is a coal-fired joint venture project invested and constructed by Fengfeng Group and Beijing Energy Group jointly, which leverages their respective advantages in the coal power industry. The mining area of the project is about 81.289 square kilometres. The total volume of coal resources identified in the mine field reaches 2.4 billion tons, and the recoverable reserves are 1.6 billion tons. The coal type is lignite, and the planned production capacity achieves 5 million tons per year.
