Zhejiang: Strictly control coal consumption and new coal-consumption projects

According to "opinions on achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality by implementing new development concept" issued by Zhejiang government, the province shall strictly control coal consumption, efficiently develop clean coal power and orderly promote coal power to transform from the main power supply to guranteed power supply. In addition, new coal-consuming projects will be restricted strictly with lower coal consumption.
