Zhongke Electric to invest in building 100,000tpy anode material powder production base project

Zhongke Electric announced on January 24 that it plans to hold 60% equity of Anhui Haida New Materials Co., Ltd. by investing RMB60 million (USD9.49 million) through the company's holding subsidiary. At the same time, the company signed an investment cooperation agreement with Haida New Materials and Wangjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone. Haida New Materials plans to invest RMB510 million (USD80.63 million) to build a "100,000tpy anode material powder production base project" in Wangjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone, and will build it to be the company's raw material supply, production and processing base of anode material.
