Lithium battery aluminum compound packing film and aluminum foil project settles in Rudong

On the morning of January 21, the contract signing ceremony for a lithium battery aluminum compound packing film and aluminum foil project was held in China's Rudong county. Rudong Economic Development Zone and Japan's BJAY signed the cooperation agreement on the project.
With total investment estimated at RMB2 billion (USD316 million), the project will use land of about 190 Mu (10.67 hectares) and reserve land of 200 Mu (13.33 hectares). Construction of the project include two phases, each with investment of about RMB1 billion (USD158 million), of which RMB700 million (USD111 million) is equipment-related. Upon completion, the project is expected to achieve annual sales revenue of nearly RMB4 billion (USD632 million), along with tax contribution of about RMB300 million (USD47.4 million).
