Daqo New Energy to raise no more than RMB11 billion for 100,000tpy high-purity silicon-based material project

Daqo New Energy announced on January 24th that it will issue A shares to specific objects to raise no more than RMB11 billion (USD1.74 billion). All the funds, after the deduction of issuance fees, will be used to develop a 100,000tpy high-purity silicon-based material project and supplement working capitals.
