HNAC announced on the evening of January 20th that it planned to issue convertible bonds to raise no more than 1 billion yuan (158 million US dollars) to acquire 96.2% equity of Chengbu Shanneng for energy storage power station construction project, Chengbu Rulin's 100MW/200MWh energy storage power station construction, 100MW/200MWh energy storage power station construction in Guidong county, "photovoltaic + energy storage" integration project in industrial park and supplement working capital.
