Zhonghuan Semiconductor announced that it held a ceremony on January 17th in Zhonghuan Yixing Industrial Park to launch the construction of the R&D and production project of high-end silicon-based materials used in high-speed and low-consumption integrated circuit area with a total investment of RMB5 billion (USD787 million) and the 30GWpy high-efficiency solar energy ultra-thin silicon monocrystalline wafer smart plant phase four project with a total investment of RMB3.2 billion (USD503.68 million).
