The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) of China said on January 12 that it will introduce new policies to advance the development of new energy vehicles industry, and at the same time, push to speed up the development of lithium resources in China by strengthening communication and coordination with lithium-rich provinces including Qinghai, Sichuan and Jiangxi to ensure supply of the key resource.
