On January 4, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs as well as the National Energy Administration jointly issued the "Smart Photovoltaic Industry Innovation and Development Action Plan".
It is required that by 2025, the intelligence level in the photovoltaic industry will be significantly improved, and breakthroughs will be made in industrial technological innovation. The conversion efficiency of mass production of new high-efficiency solar cells will be significantly improved, and a complete supporting capacity of silicon materials, silicon wafers, equipment, materials and devices will be formed.
