On December 31, 2021, Energy Administration of Shandong Province issued the "Pilot Work Plan for Rooftop Distributed PV Scale Development in County (City, District) in Shandong". The plan pointed out that by the end of the "14th Five-year Plan", the distributed PV scale development capacity in all counties (cities, districts) in Shandong province would reach more than 20 million kw; More than 50% of the pilot counties (cities, districts) would meet the national pilot standards, that is, the PV power generation ratio of government building, public building, industrial and commercial factory, and rural resident roofs shall be no less than 50%, 40%, 30% and 20% respectively. By the end of 2030, all pilot counties (cities, districts) will meet the national standards with the total development scale reaching over 30 million kw.
