GD Power Ningbo Wind Power signs equity transfer agreement for 26MW photovoltaic project in Jiangsu

On December 30, 2021, GD Power Ningbo Wind Power and Liansheng New Energy signed the first distributed project equity transfer agreement, adding photovoltaic resource capacity for 26MW. This project is the first distributed photovoltaic project of GD Power in Jiangsu.
According to the equity transfer agreement, both parties intend to develop and construct distributed photovoltaic projects in seven prefecture-level cities including Wuxi and Suzhou in Jiangsu, and use 260,000 square meters of idle roof resources to construct distributed photovoltaic power generation projects with an installed capacity of 26.628 megawatts and total investment for about RMB120 million (USD18.89 million). After the project is put into operation, the average annual power generation after the completion of the project can reach 2,575 kWh, which can save about 8,121 tons of standard coal each year and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 22,000 tons per year.
