Hunan Haili announced on December 28 that the company intends to acquire 100% equity of Hunan Haili Lithium Battery Polytron Technologies Inc., which is held by Haili Group, with about RMB97.77 million (USD15.35 million). Haili Lithium Battery Polytron Technologies is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, production and sales of lithium battery cathode materials. Its main products are dynamic LMO, high capacity LMO, NCM, etc. The products are mainly used in energy storage equipment, power vehicles and high-end electronic products. The company has an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons of lithium battery cathode materials (including 4,000 tons of LMO) and is the largest development and production base of LMO in Hunan.
