Recently, the Ministry of Commerce of China (MOFCOM) publicized the 2022 List of Import/Export Permit Issuing Authorities and related rules. The new list will go into force on January 1, 2022 to simultaneously invalidate the No. 69 list issued in 2020. The 2022 list will cover export administration of 43 kinds of commodities, including tungsten, molybdenum, rare earth, tin, antimony, indium, silver, platinum, etc.
