Sunwoda's subsidiary to invest RMB20 billion in building 30GWh power battery and energy storage battery project

Sunwoda announced on December 14th that its board meeting held on December 13th approved its subsidiary, Sunwoda Electric Vehicle Battery Co., Ltd., to establish a project company in Zaozhuang National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone. The new company will be responsible for the building of a 30GWh power battery and energy storage battery project in Zaozhuang.
Sunwoda Electric Vehicle Battery already signed a project investment agreement with the Management Committee of Zaozhuang National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone to invest about RMB20 billion (USDD3.14 billion) to build production lines and supporting facilities of the 30GWh power battery and energy storage battery project. Of the total funds of around RMB20 billion (USDD3.14 billion), about RMB15 billion (USD2.36 billion) will be fixed asset investment.
