Infund Holding to build 50,000tpy high nickel NCM precursor production line

Infund Holding stated on November 26 that the company, through its own funds, would jointly invest and establish Infund New Material (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. with BTR (Jiangsu) New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Fengying Investment Enterprise Management Limited Partnership to conduct the lithium ion battery anode and cathode NCM precursor business. The company intends to build a production line with an annual output of 50,000 tons of high nickel NCM anode precursor. The registered capital of the project company is RMB300 million (USD46.98 million), 60% of which is held by Infund Holding.
