Leary plans to acquire 53% equity of Foshan Dawei with 58 million yuan

Leary announced on November 16 that the company plans to acquire the equity of Foshan Dawei by means of equity transfer and capital increase with its own funds, with a total transaction amount of 58 million yuan (9.08 million US dollars). After the completion of this investment, the company will hold 53% equity of Foshan Dawei. Foshan Dawei is mainly engaged in the R&D, production and sales of carbon coated aluminum foil products for lithium ion batteries.
