Tond Chemical's subsidiary to invest in polycrystalline silicon project

On October 26, Shanxi Tond Chemical announced that its fully owned subsidiary Shanxi Tond Assets Management Co., Ltd. (Tond Assets) signed share transfer agreement with Luojishan Innovation Technology Group. The latter agreed to transfer the 80% stake it holds in Shanxi Luojishan Photovoltaic Energy Partnership (the Partnership) to Tond Assets at RMB21,133,683.06 (USD3,309,534). Upon completion of the transaction, Tond Assets will hold a 80% stake in the Partnership and therefore will become its controlling shareholder. The Partnership's mainly investment project is Shanxi Luojishan Photovoltaic Energy Technology Co., Ltd. which focuses upon production of photovoltaic-purpose polycrystalline silicon.
