KDL to issue convertible bonds to raise no more than RMB1.6 billion

KDL disclosed its plan on issuing convertible bounds. The company plans to raise no more than RMB1.6 billion (USD250.56 million) through this issuance and all the net funds, after deducting issuance fees, will be used in a new energy power battery precision structural parts project and a new energy vehicle lithium battery precision structural part project (phase two) and will also be used to supplement working capitals.
