Jingsheng Electromechanical disclosed a plan for issuing stocks to specific targets. The total amount of funds raised this time does not exceed RMB5.7 billion (USD893 million). After deducting the issuance costs, it is planned to be all used for the silicon carbide substrate wafer production base project, the 12-inch integrated circuit large silicon wafer equipment test experimental line project, and the manufacturing project with the annual output of 80 sets of semiconductor material polishing and thinning equipment, as well as supplementing working capital.
