Shangji Automation's subsidiary secures RMB5.01 billion monocrystalline silicon wafer sales contract

Shangji Automation announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Hongyuan New Material (Baotou) Co., Ltd. signed monocrystalline silicon wafer sales contract with Zhejiang Aikosolar, Tianjin Aikosolar and Guandong Aikosolar. According to the contract, from November 2021 to 2023, the Aikosolar companies will purchase from Hongyuan New Material (Baotou) 780 pieces (±10%) of monocrystalline silicon wafer, and the total sales value from 2021 to 2024 are expected to be RMB5.01 billion (USD0.79 billion) (VAT included) and RMB4.43 billion (USD0.69 billion) (VAT excluded).
