    Shanxi issues notice on off-peak production for autumn and winter 2021-2022

    The Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shanxi on October 25 issued a notice on implementing off-peak production in major industries during autumn and winter 2021-2022.

    The staggered production will be carried out in two stages, with the first stage from November 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 and the second stage from January 1, 2022 to March 31, 2022.

    According to the notice, major companies from industries including iron and steel, coking, nonferrous metals (primary aluminum and alumina), casting, chemical, construction materials and other industries that generate waste gas are required to implement off-peak production during this autumn and winter.
