The mainstream prices of zinc ingot climbed with fluctuation in a whole in September under the power rationing around the country. The market witnessed decreased deals under watchful attitudes of consumers which kept the consumption of zinc ingot shrunk under the power rationing from the mid of September.
TCs of zinc concentrate went up slightly for the decreased demand for zinc ingot smelters which remained under power rationing, while the zinc concentrate supply remained tight in China. The transaction remained stable in a whole. The imported zinc concentrate supply decreased in September with the TCs increased under the watchful attitudes of domestic consumers.
Prices for zinc die-casting alloy, zinc oxide and zinc powder went up with fluctuation following those for raw material zinc ingot. The spot market of zinc alloy and zinc oxide also witnessed decreased deals under the watchful attitudes of consumers during the power control moment. With strong demand for zinc powder, the market saw stable transactions this month.
